Attorneys'Fee
| Attorney's fee shall consist of initial retainer fee, success fee, service
fee, legal counseling fee, legal opinion fee, regular retainer fee and
daily allowance . |
| Initial Retainer Fee |
The initial retainer fee shall be payable when a case or legal matter (the
Matter) is taken by an attorney. |
| Success Fee |
The success fee shall be payable upon the accomplishment of the assignment.
The initial retainer fee shall be determined separately for each assignment.
Each instance of court case shall be deemed a separate assingment. Any
out-of-court Matter shall be deemed one assignment to the extent of the
scope initially accept. But the success fee shall be payable only for the
last instance. |
| Service Fee |
The service fee is a fee for preparation of contracts and other such documents,etc. |
| Daily Allowance |
The amount of allowance chargeable by the attorney for business trip made
for the matter accepted shall be \ 50,000 or more per day and \30,000 or
more per half a day.(not including tax) |
| Expenses |
The amount of money for covering the expenses required for taking of the
matters such as revenue stamps, service charges, payments to the national
government or local offices, guaranty deposits, advance payments to the
public authorities, traveling and communication cost and hotel charges,
shall be charged against the client at cost. An advance based upon an estimate
of such expenses may be received from the client. |
